Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original luxury packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Await Confirmation
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
